1. Returns You may return your ring within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused

– The item must be in its original condition

– The item must be returned in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items Custom-sized or personalized rings cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
If approved:

– Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

– The refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
